How to get here
All conference venues are situated in the centre of Cardiff. The city has excellent public transport links, including a mainline railway station connecting to most parts of mainland Britain. Delegates are encouraged to use public transport to travel to Cardiff. Locations of all conference venues, and the walking route from the university accommodation to the dinner venue, are marked on the map (which can also be downloaded). Addresses, details of travel by rail, road and plane can be found below:

1. Conference venue
Millennium Stadium

Please note that delegates may only enter the stadium through entrances 1 and 7 (marked on map above). Both of these are situated to the west of the stadium, along the River Taff. Entrance 1 is accessible via Wood Street and entrance 7 is accessible via Castle Street.

High speed inter-city trains provide frequent services between all major British cities, including the London Paddington - Cardiff Central service, which runs at 30 minute intervals throughout the day.
Cardiff Central station (#6 on map above) is close to the conference venue and approximately one mile from the university accommodation provided to delegates.
Cathays station is situated close to the university accommodation. From Cardiff Central station, a direct train runs regularly to Cathays station and takes 6-10 minutes.

By Road
Cardiff is served by the M4 and is easily accessible from all parts of Britain.
Parking in Cardiff is limited and can be expensive. Delegates who are not staying overnight in Cardiff or attending the conference dinner may wish to use the Park and Ride services from the East (£2.50 per car, last bus back from city centre at 20:30) or West of the city (£3.00 per person, last bus back from city centre at 18:00). Please note, there is no parking at any of the conference venues. More information on available public car parking in Cardiff is available on Parkopedia.
Cardiff is also served by regular coach services from towns and cities across the UK - please see National Express and Megabus websites for further information.

Cardiff International Airport is 11 miles from the city centre and has regular domestic and international flights.
Driving directions to the conference venue from Cardiff International Airport are available here. The airport is also close to Rhoose station, from which trains run regularly to Cardiff Central station (for conference venue, 35 minutes) and Cathays station (for university accommodation, 40 minutes).
Cardiff is also easily accessible from Bristol Airport. Driving directions to the conference venue from Bristol are available here. The Greyhound coach service runs regularly from Bristol Airport to the centre of Cardiff.
